Our story
“Sahaba - سحابة” is the Arabic word for cloud. Founded in 2020, Sahaba Club grew from a community for tech dreamers into a Microsoft partner, an AI hackathon operator, and a home for anyone who wants to build in the AI universe — led by Zoka (Ahmed Abdel Razek), an ex-Microsoft AI and cloud strategist.

Sahaba Club is a global community for AI and cloud, founded in 2020 and based at the DIFC AI Campus in Dubai. It curates a calendar of AI and technology events across the Middle East, runs the EduHackAI hackathon and the Tech Talk with Zoka podcast, and is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner.
Yes. Standard membership costs nothing and includes a @sahabaclub.com mailbox with Microsoft 365 for three months, access to club events and the member directory. A paid Premium tier adds coaching discounts, exclusive events and the full learning library. You can join with Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, email or phone.
WWW is a free online session every Wednesday at 8:00 PM Dubai time, run by Sahaba Club and always recorded. Members propose and present the sessions themselves. Dubai does not observe daylight saving, so that time is 16:00 UTC all year round.
Sahaba Club maintains a curated calendar of AI, cloud and technology events across Dubai, the wider UAE and the region. It covers conferences, meetups, workshops and online sessions, each with its date, venue and registration link. Most are free, and the calendar is updated continuously.
